Our AC-8 AC conditioner was featured in this mega system at the 2016 Newport Beach show! The system featured Tidal Audio’s Contriva G2 speakers, Preos-D preamp and, Impulse Dual Mono amplifier; LamizatOr’s Golden Gate DAC and Komputer media server; Dynamic Design AV’s Heritage series cabling; and Stillpoints’ ESS rack and accessories. The Absolute Sound declared this room one of the five best at the show!

We’re back at the Rocky Mountain Audio Fest (RMAF) in 2015 making sweet music with Daedalus Audio, Dynamic Design AV, ModWright Instruments, and Purity Audio. We returned to the 2015 Newport Beach Show bigger and stronger with our very own room with the help of some of our very generous friends. Room 1027 featured Marten Django L floor standing speakers ($9000), Audio Zone’s new PRE-T2 passive preamp, the, Dynamic Design modified, Amp-D2 class D monoblocs and, Teac’s TD-501HR/UD-501 digital front-end. Stillpoints were everywhere and the rack was Daedalus Audio’s 3-shelf unit. The room (of course) also featured our $699 AnnaLyric Systems PC-2 power cord (on AC Conditioner), $399 AnnaLyric Systems PC-1 power cords on the monoblocs, $699 AnnaLyric Systems DPC-2 Digital power cords on the Digital front-end, $350 AnnaLyric Systems IC-1 interconnects, $599 AnnaLyric Systems SC-1 speaker cables with the AnnaLyric Systems AC-8 AC Conditioner rounding out the system. The room sounded magical with a nuanced and powerful sound that rocked!!! All of which would not have been possible without the assistance of our good friends and partners, Dan Meinwald of EAR-USA, Bill Artope of Sound Marketing, Lou Hinkley of Daedalus Audio and, George Tordai of Audio Zone. Neil Gader of The Absolute Sound declares the AnnaLyric Systems PC-1 power cord “a personal fave” in affordable power cords in the April 2015 issue #252! Neil thought the PC-1 comes pretty close to the performance of his reference cords, making the AnnaLyric Systems PC-1 a great value!!!

Our first go around at CanJam was quite an experience, great partners in Questyle and Enigma, friendly attendees and, of course, great sound. Headphones and ancillaries have sure come a long way! Annalyric Systems featured our new set of headphone cables, USB cables, interconnects, speaker cables and, AC – 6 AC conditioner. Superb experience, thanks Bruce Ball!!!

We’re back at T.H.E. Show Newport Beach making sweet music with Dynamic Design AV, Marten, ModWright Instruments and, Stillpoints and it was rocking, the room sounded great! The room delivered, 2014 Newport e-blast, an ultra-clear, nuanced and deep soundstage that was to die for! The AnnaLyric Systems AC-8 power conditioner was taking no prisoners in this system!!!

We had a great time at RMAF, in between gasps for air due to the high elevation. This felt like being with family and good friends, extremely comfortable and enjoyable! We saw many old friends and met quality new ones, even while feasting and injesting our favorite libations at Garcia’s! Dan Wright of ModWright Instruments was present, the boys from Stillpoints, Paul Wakeen and Bruce Jacobs represented and, Olu Sonuga and Bill Artope of Dynamic Design AV were accounted for. The sound in the room was “smokin”, so much so that Dr. David Robinson of Positive-Feedback handed each one of us an award, who woulda’ thunk it!!!  Thanks, Dr. Robinson! It was rollicking fun hanging out at the Newport Beach T.H.E Show, something about Southern California just makes us want to hang with the dudes, both Dans (Meinwald and Wright) were so cool and relaxed, the guys from Stillpoints were their rowdy and hilarious selves and, the Dynamic Design fellas were, as always, business-like and friendly! The room was a little problematic but we still got good sound out of it, we’re definitely returning next year if these guys will have us! By the way, the AnnaLyric Systems AC-8 AC power conditioner ($2000) powered everything in the room including the beastly KWA-150 SE monoblocs, TAKE THAT, current limiting!!!

 

We are very grateful to our friends at Van L Speakerworks, ModWright Instruments and, Dynamic Design for the opportunity to make beautiful music together!!!  The room featured the AnnaLyric Systems AC-6 AC power conditioner ($1500) powering all the components in the room, including the ModWright Instruments’ beefy KWI-200 integrated amplifier!
